Establish a Substantial Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with Project documents. Substantial Completion was achieved on August 27, 2007.

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (Estrella Engineering, Inc.), has achieved Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a Substantial Completion date must be formally established.

Approve Substantial Completion as submitted effective, August 27, 2007.
